RETURN
& EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love what
you buy and feel like the star that you are in them. But if you're
not
completely satisfied we will be glad to accept an exchange or return
on most items.
Returns/Exchanges must be
postmarked within 14 days from the
initial shipping date. We hope that you enjoy your
purchases and trust that if you do need a return and/or exchange,
you will be sure to keep the 14-day time limit in mind.
- All items must be in their original
condition with
their original tags attached. To avoid refusal of your return, we
recommend that you use care in re-packaging the item; i.e., use
the original packing materials, protective plastic, no loose
hangers, etc. to avoid damage to the items in transit.
Items must be returned in a cardboard box only. Swimwear
must be returned with the protective panty liner in place. A copy of the invoice should be
included to insure proper credit. At the discretion of our
Returns Department, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged
for items which have not been returned to us in the original
condition and which cannot be
placed back in stock for resale.
- Some items are
not returnable: Returns/Exchanges
cannot be accepted for: sale* items, jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, custom/special orders, intimate
apparel or items returned after the allotted return time of 14
days. Please note: all jewelry, hats, scarves,
handbags, items purchased from our
s*a*l*e items page, or items purchased using special use
'final sale policy' discount codes are considered final. No returns
will be accepted. All non-returnable items will be shipped
back to you at the customer's cost. (If you wish to exchange a
sale* item for a different size, we will be happy to
process your exchange as available.)
- Exchanges must include
our Returns/Exchange Form (on the back of the Invoice), clearly indicating the desired size and color of
your exchange. Exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge
via UPS Ground (unless you contact us prior to shipment
to request an upgrade at your expense). (If an exchange is
returned to us for refund, shipping charges will be deducted
from the refund amount.)
- Return shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend all
return/exchange packages be insured as we are
not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- Upon receipt of
returned goods, Famous Fashions Found reserves the right to deny credit
if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy
requirements outlined above. Unacceptable returns will be reshipped at the
customer's cost. If return postage is not authorized by
customer or the package is refused, merchandise will be held 60
days. At the end of that time, if the merchandise is not claimed
by the customer it will be donated to a local charity.

REFUNDS
Pending return
approval, all refunds will be given in the same method of original
payment. We will credit the value of the merchandise. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing your credit, and 1-2 billing
cycles for the credit amount to appear on your statement.
Credit card companies vary in the processing time to reflect a credit
to your account or monthly statement. If you are concerned
that your account has not been credited, please contact your credit
card company directly for verification.
DAMAGED
MERCHANDISE
If you should receive
any product that is damaged, defective or is not the correct item
you ordered, you must contact us via email (info@famousfashionsfound.com)
within 14 days from the Invoice date. We will send you a replacement
(depending on product availability) once we have received the return of
the damaged product. (If you receive a Special Order item that
is damaged or defective, you may contact us for a prepaid return
label. Once we have the item, we will ship it to the designer
for repair or, if it cannot be repaired, a replacement item.) If your product is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement (depending on product
availability) once we have waited for the maximum delivery time to
expire. All replacement items for lost and/or damaged
merchandise will be shipped to you at our cost.
